Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM EST Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO / FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via 2nd Day.

Please Note: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.

Order Status

A key benefit of setting up an account with J21 Skin Care is the ability to check the status of your most recent orders. This is the easiest and quickest way to get current information regarding your J21skincare.com order. If you do not have an account set up with us, and have questions, you may email our customer service department. Once your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. To track your order via the carrier's web site, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order. Please Note: Some carriers may not provide tracking information for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.

Order Cancellation

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:                            

  • Item(s) not available.  
  • Difficulty in processing payment information. 
  • Cannot ship to provided address.
  • Duplicate order was placed.
  • Cancelled due to a customer request.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact our customer service department via email.

Item Availability/Temporarily Out of Stock

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will not be able to add the item to your cart. Please send us an email to inquire when the product will be available for purchase.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your J21 Skin Care purchase, simply return the unused portion, and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for other J21 Skin Care product. We will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your invoice date. Please send the products you would like to return with a copy of your invoice to:

We recommend that your return or exchange be sent via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. We're sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable.Please Note: Only items purchased on J21SkinCare.com may be accepted for return or exchange. Items purchased at a J21 Skin Care retail location, or boutique must be returned to their original point of purchase.

Damaged Items

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately via email. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced. J21 Skin Care orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Below are the shipping options available for your order. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout."

Standard Service

Most orders with Standard Service are delivered within 5 -7 business days from the order's ship date. Most orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days from the order's ship date.

2nd Day Service

Most orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date. 2nd Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Shipments to APO/FPO and PO Box addresses

Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO / FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO / FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via 2nd Day or Overnight Priority service.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories

J21 Skin Care accepts orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands. Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply. Priority Shipping methods (Overnight or 2nd Day service) are not available for certain locations in Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories. UPS Ground  $7.95 UPS 2 Day $12.95 Shipping Priority shipping methods (2nd Day service) are not available for certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii and the U.S. Territories. Payment Methods

J21 Skin Care accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Paypal. We're sorry, we do not accept the following methods of payment: CODs, personal checks, or money orders. Please Note: For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this criteria.

International Shoppers

We're happy to ship to our international customers and offer a flat rate of $19.00 via the United States Post Office. If you would like your package sent overnight please contact customer service before you place your order regarding our overnight and two day Fed Ex rates.
